  We're driving through from Florida to New York. We stay in Emporia every year for this trip. My in laws arrived earlier and came to Applebee's told us they waited 45 minutes for their food. So we decided to do carside to go and ordered an hour before we came to pick up. It is currently an hour after our pick up time and we still do not have our food that we ordered well over two hours ago. If you plan on visiting this applebees make sure you have a lot of time to waste. You'll be here all day. If I didn't prepay I would be going elsewhere. $66 to waste my time. Absolutely insane.

  Placed my order over an hour before picking up, arrive there sit outside @ carbide for over 20 minutes no one comes out to get money or just to check to see if I was outside.. So I then call in to check I'm left on hold for another 20 mins to get told that my order is not fully ready.. So therefore I still did not receive any food. Very poor service!

  Thus the third time we have stopped at this particular Applebee's. The service and food has improved each time we have stopped. Today being the best service we have had.
